Upon graduating from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) with a diploma in Engineering Drafting Design, Mr. Ungarian began a career in the Foodservice Industry specializing in commercial design. Adam has an entrepreneurial spirit and an interest in business development. In 2006, Adam alongside Larry and Doris Ungarian purchased HESCO, an established company since 1921 known for its excellence in hotel equipment and supply.
HESCO Foodservice has since evolved to become a rapidly growing company providing solutions, products, and services to the foodservice industry nationwide throughout Canada. There are operational HESCO showrooms in both Edmonton, AB as well as Calgary. From design consultation to supplying related products – HESCO handles all aspects from start to finish on commercial kitchen projects of all scopes and scales. Clients include a large selection of hotels, restaurants, care facilities, and institutions. Adam and the HESCO organization have designed and supplied over 400 commercial kitchens since 2006. Adam has 20 years of industry design experience.
When not working, Adam can be often be found watching a sporting game as an active fan of the Edmonton Oilers, or out dining at a local hot spot.
