Biography

After working in the hospitality industry as a longstanding Lead Chef, Mr. Baltzer transitioned his career to specialize in commercial kitchen design of the Foodservice Industry. Working directly in a kitchen environment as a former Chef, Josh understands the value of teamwork and working under tight deadlines. Josh has completed 500+ kitchen designs, constructions, and retrofits and has 15 years of experience in the design industry.

Joining the HESCO Calgary team in 2018, Josh has since brought technical foodservice expertise and management coordination to all contract design projects.

When not working on a project, Josh enjoys attending music festivals as well as watching his kids play hockey.
